The Book

Whether you are starting or struggling with the idea of Spirituality and the Law of Attraction, ‘Three Magic Words’ by U.S. Andersen will be an enormous help in understanding and applying the concept in your life. The explanation he gives us makes everything ‘click’ together; even to the disbelievers it has to make sense.

He uses plain physics to explain the Universe, and shows how and why it all works based on the simple physical laws. He tells us how to make the laws to work to our advantage with affirmations to help us achieve it easier and smoother.

I wish I came across the book years ago but as they say, there is always a reason for everything. Today I am happy I have found it at all. As a matter of fact it was recommended to me by a friend whose sister is still swearing by the book that it changed her life within six months. It has been changing mine too.

Sometimes I get scared that all my beliefs are good for nothing and that I am only deluding myself. But, then I go back to the book and find in there confirmation of everything I am convinced of. And, I understand why.

Read it; I cannot recommend it highly enough. Read it many times as each time you will discover something new, something you have not paid attention to before. Apply his teachings and instructions. Maybe in the beginning you will not feel a hundred percent convinced, but do it anyway. You will be astounded!

Divine Order

The whole world, including ourselves, is Divine Order. And, if it was not for human interference, it would be perfect... because life is simple, really.
It is us who have the abilities and constant needs to complicate everything and may not always appreciate enough what we have.

A clairvoyant told me once about the power of Divine Order. She said I could say the words any time I needed help in whatever situation I was in. Of course I started trying it on everything straight away and to my astonishment with very positive results. My daughters used to say 'Divine Order' before tests and exams and even their friends started using the formula.

So try it out yourself and get astonished and grateful!

Meditation - The Most Basic and Profound Tool

When we are in need, seeking help, and trying to reach the cosmos to convince the Universe to be on our side, when we struggle with our world and think of coping no more, when everyone and everything seems to be against us, meditation can be the panacea for everything.

It will calm you down and it will put your troubles into perspective, but if you sustain the momentum of meditating (keep doing it on regular basis) your life will start changing for the better without much physical effort on your part.

I'm not an expert on meditation techniques (plenty of them can be found on the net... for free!) but I know enough to recommend finding your own methods including position, place, time, etc. by simply paying attention to how it feels and how it makes you feel. It should be pleasant, comfortable and isolated from outside noises as much as possible. If you want music or sublimal audios that's fine but make sure to eliminate all interuptions.

You can meditate on a specific problem, you can join  group classes (probably a good idea if you're a complete beginner) or you can quiet your mind as much as possible and just be. The latter one is my favourite way regardless of how many problems I want to solve at once.
The most beautiful thing about the outcome is that all needed solutions and ideas will come on their own, some straight away, some later. What you are gaining above everything else is your connection with the Universe and its promise to serve you; all you have to do is to surrender to its power, calm your hectic mind and start trusting which is only natural to achieve in meditating state. So far, I have not found anything that comes close to the power of meditation.

Meditation can be addictive, which is great! The more you meditate the better off you are! And you feel so good afterwards and next day as well.
Hm... and it costs nothing. The simplest things in life are often the best.
So give it a good try before you spend plenty of money on different programs, each promising to be the only one to save your life and make a new person out of you.

P.S. Let me recommend Three Magic Words by U.S. Andersen. It works perfectly with meditation, one enhancing the other. It always works for me when I need a bit of help.
P.P.S. Once your life has improved and everything is going so much better, keep meditating! Do not fall into the trap of thinking you don't need it any more. But if it happens do not despair... start meditating again... now you know that it works!

Proud versus Happy

I have an issue with the word 'proud'. As a matter of fact I stopped using it completely quite few years ago now, and instead, I've been using the word 'happy'.
Usually when we or someone important to us achieves something we say: " I'm proud of myself", or "I'm proud of you", or "you should be proud of..."

So does it mean that if we don't perform to our highest standard (for whatever reasons) it's time to be ashamed?!... As shame is the opposite of pride.

Judge Not Lest You Be Judged

A few days ago, as I was going to the City on the train a woman in her fifties got on and started approaching passengers asking for money. I saw her coming towards me, but I was sure she wouldn't dare to bother me as I was listening to my MP3 player with headphones on. Surprise, surprise! She stood in front of me showing me to take the headphones off, and then asked if I could spare some change. I reached into my purse and gave her more than she had asked for. She thanked and proceeded further to other people and I went back to listening to my music.
